Job Description

Sales Development Representative – SDR

Hypergen - B2B Cold-Email

• Take full ownership of warm leads generated by our outbound systems. • Execute targeted follow-ups via personalized emails and phone calls to convert interest into booked meetings. • Build and manage high-touch sequences. • Responsible for keeping leads warm and persistent follow-up until a discovery call is booked. • Use Clay, Apollo, and AI tools to research prospects and personalize messaging at scale based on intent signals (funding, hiring, tech stack). • Maintain meticulous records within our CRM (and our clients' systems).

Job Requirements

  • 1+ Year of Experience: Previous experience in an SDR or BDR role, specifically focused on B2B sales or agency environments.
  • Outreach Specialist: Expert at managing follow-up cadences and handling objections over the phone.
  • Native-Level English: Flawless written and verbal communication is required for high-stakes professional conversations.
  • Process-Driven: Highly organized and able to manage follow-ups for multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • Technical Aptitude: Experience with (or eager to learn) modern sales tools like Clay, Apollo, and HubSpot.
