Project Management Lead

Astreya

• Administers projects, allocating resources • Assists in the update of project plans, following up on project tasks • Tracks deliverables, milestones, and analysis of project data • Oversees multiple, cross-functional and technical projects • Collaborates with team members, leaders, and customer business stakeholders • Develops and maintains service reporting dashboards • Implements personnel on-boarding, training, and service improvement activities

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (B.S/B.A) from four-year college or university
  • 8+ years’ related experience and/or training
  • Must be able to lead a cooperative effort among members of a project team
  • Critical communication and listening skills
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
  • Capable of managing high pressure and short timelines
  • Highly collaborative and proactive
  • Extremely detail oriented
  • Analytical data-driven approach to reviewing and solving problems
