Responsibilities - Respond to member calls, emails, and messages in a courteous and efficient manner. - Provide clear and accurate information regarding products, services, policies, and procedures. - Identify member needs and offer appropriate solutions or escalate when necessary. - Process transactions such as payments, account updates, and service requests. - Document interactions thoroughly and update member records in the system. - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve service delivery. - Maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. - Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the member experience.
