Position Summary We have an immediate opening for a Scheduling Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for scheduling our students into the appropriate classes as well as conducting calls to our families, and responding to inbound support questions on related topics. To be successful, you’ll need to be detail-oriented and initiative-taking. We need a broad thinker who can make suggestions, take constructive feedback with a good attitude and without pushback, and then go out and personally execute with diligence. If you enjoy being on the phone working with our families on student schedules and graduation progress, we’re probably a good fit. This position is full-time and work-from-home. Job Duties - Serve all stakeholders with integrity, humility, and joy while consistently modeling the importance of both task competency and relationships; - Participate in Company events, activities, and meetings with a smile and an infectious, great attitude; - Master rules, best practices, and requirements associated with student scheduling across all grade levels; - Proactively call, email, text, and survey families to discuss student course schedules and other customer service questions; - Manage inbound customer support channels to assist customers who need support with schedules, courses, and other related topics; - Assist students with creation of annual course schedules that ensure adequate annual progress meeting all graduation requirements; - Organize and maintain accurate student course schedules; - Ensure high school student schedules align with post-secondary school plans; - Review high school transcripts; - Assist with school term and course section set up; - Handle escalated scheduling requests; and - All other duties as assigned. Essential Knowledge, Skills and Abilities - Strong interpersonal skills with the demonstrated ability to consistently lead and serve others with humility, kindness, empathy, and joy; - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; - Excellent organization and attention to detail; - Ability to work in fast-paced, high energy, team environment, and juggle multiple tasks; - Achieve daily performance metrics; - Excellent problem-solving skills; - Ability to make decisions independently; and - All other duties as assigned. Qualifications - High School Diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor’s degree preferred; - Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a customer service/customer relations role required; - Experience in an academic customer-facing role preferred; - Strong understanding and knowledge of Google Suite and Mac OS preferred; - Experience working with student academic course schedules preferred; - Experience with Salesforce or other CRM preferred; - Knowledge of the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) preferred; and - Ability to pass required background check. Base Pay Range $19—$22 USD Benefits - Medical, dental, and vision employee coverage for as little as $1 each per month; - Personal paid time off in addition to major holidays; - Short-term disability insurance, long-term disability insurance, life insurance, and AD&D insurance are all 100% paid by the employer; and - 401(k) with employer contributing a dollar-for-dollar match of employee contributions up to 6% of employee earnings.

Active Ohio State Peer Recovery Certification Required Job Summary: As a Behavioral Health Care Specialist (BHCS) at Workit Health you will be responsible for providing group-based intervention and case management to members with Substance Use Disorders (SUD). Primary focus is on group-based treatment, including co-facilitation of shared follow-up appointments (SFA's). BHCS are full-time employees that work primarily remote and can provide all services via telehealth platforms. Schedule is full-time, including four 10hr shifts. Additionally BHCS offer evening groups (at least twice a week) and a weekend group (up to twice a month).
