Neurobites GmbH
• Cutting and editing performance ads (UGC / short-form content) • Creating video ads for Meta, TikTok and YouTube • Optimizing hooks, pacing, storytelling and retention • Developing new ad angles and creative concepts • Close collaboration with the marketing and content teams • Continuous iteration and optimization of creatives based on ad performance
Job Requirements
- Experience in video editing for social media (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube)
- Proficient with Premiere Pro, After Effects or CapCut
- Understanding of performance marketing and paid ads
- A good sense for hooks, storytelling and audience retention
- Interest in psychology, marketing and viral content
- Structured and efficient working style
- Good proficiency in German and English
- Bonus skills (not required):
- Experience with UGC ads / creator content
- Motion design or advanced After Effects skills
- Understanding of TikTok trends and the creator economy
- Interest in neuroscience, productivity and performance
