Nebius Group
• Own and drive Nebius’ Japan market strategy, including GTM planning, segmentation, and execution. • Build, lead, and scale the Japan organization, across sales, partnerships, marketing, and solutions engineering. • Carry full operational responsibility for the region, including revenue growth, forecasting, and operating cadence. • Develop enterprise and strategic accounts, personally engaging with senior stakeholders at key customers. • Establish and expand partnerships, including cloud ecosystems, Global System Integrators (GSIs), and local partners. • Localize global strategy for Japan, ensuring strong alignment while adapting to market-specific needs. • Represent Nebius externally, building brand presence with customers, partners, and industry stakeholders. • Provide market feedback to global teams, influencing product, pricing, and positioning.
Job Requirements
- 15+ years of progressive GTM leadership experience, with at least 7 years in senior executive roles (VP or above) in Japan.
- Proven experience as a Country Manager, Managing Director, RVP, or equivalent in a leading technology company.
- Strong track record of owning and growing P&L in enterprise software, SaaS, or cloud businesses in Japan.
- Deep expertise in enterprise sales, with consistent overachievement against revenue targets and other relevant KPIs.
- Experience working with cloud providers and AI/ML platforms is highly preferred.
- Strong network across enterprise customers, GSIs, and the partner ecosystem in Japan.
- Demonstrated ability to build and scale high-performing teams in a fast-growing environment.
- Experience collaborating with global headquarters while operating with local autonomy.
- Native-level Japanese and business-level English (or higher).

Job DetailsJob Location: CEDAR PARK, TX 78613Position Type: Full TimeJOB SUMMARY Reporting directly to the Director of Procurement and providing oversite of all inventory and warehouse activities, the Inventory and Warehouse manager will be responsible for the following job duties: Key Responsibilities This role will manage and oversee all inventory and warehouse activities charged with developing strategies for multiple independent business segments Lead inventory and warehouse initiatives to streamline processes Responsible for inventory and warehouse cost control, inventory accuracy, ERP integration Develop and create regular reporting needs (consumption, availability, inventory accuracy – cycle counting/annual physicals) Continually communicate with operational leaders managing their expectations while ensuring needs are met Verify receipt of material before authorization to A/P for payment. Work in coordination with purchasing to forecast demand, establish reorder points and safety stocks, and min/max levels Optimize warehouse layout and storage utilization Investigate inventory variances and implement corrective actions Action and delegate responsibilities and know the difference as tasks are assigned. Managing periodic or special projects as needed Work in a team-based environment with limited supervision; with the capacity to work remotely without supervision Qualifications High school Diploma, G.E.D, or bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college in Supply Chain Management, or related field (experience may substitute for education).
