Onboarding Consultant II

RealPage, Inc.

Role Description The Onboarding Consultant at RealPage is a critical member of the Consulting team. He/she will be working closely with existing customers to onboard additional assets to their portfolio. As an Onboarding Consultant, he/she will be responsible for coordinating the various efforts needed to successfully deploy the RealPage solution platform. Throughout a project, the Onboarding Consultant is responsible for establishing a deployment schedule, collecting and validating required deliverables, and ensuring we deliver our solutions to meet the customers' needs. As a trusted advisor, he/she is a success implementation leader and is tasked with ultimately providing an amazing client onboarding experience. Qualifications - Experience managing complex projects and portfolios - Working with RealPage products or Multifamily industry - 6 years of proven experience in implementation and/or project management Requirements - Strong communication, presentation, and relational skills, capable of synthesizing complex information to stakeholders of various technical backgrounds - Capable of simultaneously leading multiple projects over several months - Strong attention to detail and documentation - Ability to work independently and as part of a team, including staying connected with various internal and external cross-functional teams - Self-motivated and comfortable owning onboarding target metrics - Customer-focused mindset and a commitment to ensuring customer success Benefits - Health, dental, and vision insurance - Retirement savings plan with company match - Paid time off and holidays - Professional development opportunities - Performance-based bonus based on position
