• Conduct thorough quality assessments of healthcare claims data, focusing on identifying overpayments through data mining techniques. • Develop, implement, and execute quality assurance plans and test cases specific to healthcare claims data mining. • Collaborate with data analysts and business partners to analyze claims data for potential overpayments and ensure compliance with client policies. • Identify and document any discrepancies or anomalies in claims data, coordinating with cross-functional teams for resolution. • Conduct root cause analysis on detected overpayments and develop reports summarizing findings and recommendations for process improvements. • Monitor and evaluate data mining processes, providing innovative solutions to enhance data accuracy and quality assurance in healthcare claims. • Prepare and present detailed quality assurance reports and metrics to stakeholders, highlighting trends and areas for improvement. • Foster strong working relationships with various business partners, ensuring effective communication and collaboration on claims data integrity initiatives.

• Analyse commercial data to provide insights on revenue trends, product performance, and client profitability • Support pricing, forecasting, and commercial modelling to inform sales and partnership negotiations • Develop dashboards, reports, and models that support strategic decision-making at executive level • Partner with Finance on budgeting, forecasting, and month-end performance analysis • Identify commercial risks and opportunities across client, market, and product portfolios • Provide ad hoc analysis and business cases for new growth initiatives, product launches, or market entry opportunities • Continuously improve the use of data and analytics tools to drive commercial decision-making

• Lead buy-side asset acquisitions • Analyze SEO health, traffic quality, and historical data to establish objective pricing models for every deal • Manage complex, high-stakes negotiations while advocating effectively for the company’s position • Identify hidden risks and "red flags" to ensure we only acquire high-quality, sustainable assets • Build and present the financial and strategic rationale for potential acquisitions to the leadership team

• Prepare documentation, review claim history, and other documentation related to overpayment, subrogation, and NSA requests. • Utilize available resources to investigate claim situations for overpayment, subrogation, and NSA cases. • Follow-up with responsible departments and delegated entities to ensure compliance. • Monitors daily and weekly inventory to ensure internal and regulatory timeframes are met. • Identify areas of potential improvement and provide feedback and recommendations to management on issue resolution, quality improvement, network contracting, policies and procedures, administrative costs, cost-saving opportunities, best practices, and performance issues. • Notifies the assigned vendors and clients of the subrogation and recovery interest; confers with other parties, internal departments, and clients concerning potential settlement or other actions. • Represents Centivo in meetings concerning recovery, subrogation, and NSA matters, including facilitating calls between Centivo’s third-party vendor and the client, to obtain final approval. • Maintain data entry requirements for all complaints and appeals. • Perform any other additional tasks or duties as assigned or required.
