- Travel (when necessary) to help facilitate productions. This includes being on set for 12+ hours/day, sometimes on weekends. - Collaborate with writers, directors, and other creative team members to develop compelling storylines, characters, and themes for the series. - Provide creative feedback and guidance throughout the production process to maintain artistic integrity and alignment with the series' vision. - Ensure that each episode maintains consistent quality and adheres to brand standards. - Reads source material (monthly) for projects. - Write 1 ReelShort or interactive live action every 4 weeks. Work with Head Writer to implement creative feedback that adheres to our style and mission. - Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment where team members feel motivated and empowered to excel. - ​​Be responsive to messages over DingTalk during work hours (9:30 am - 5:30 pm PST). - Attend weekly team meeting. - Attend weekly meetings with Head of Studio and other leadership. - Attend any creative brainstorming or workshop meetings. - Maintain the overall creative vision and quality standards of Elastic Heart Studio projects. - Must be able to sit at a computer and focus for extended periods of time, with breaks as needed. - This role will require flexibility and a willingness to take on new projects on short notice.
