IT Services Leader – Dept of State
General Dynamics Information Technology
• Interface with DT to align GDIT capabilities and strengths to meet mission needs • Develop and leverage relationships with key decision makers and influencers • Strengthen alignment of GDIT organizational capabilities to client needs • Participate in all phases of the capture and growth life-cycle, providing the “voice of the customer”, including reviews and proposal and content development
Job Requirements
- Ability to obtain up to a Top Secret clearance
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, 10+ years of leadership experience
- Candidates must have in-depth leadership experience supporting programs at DoS Diplomatic Technology
- Proven experience driving culture change and leading a dynamic mission-focused teams
- Strong strategic development and implementation experience, directing large teams
- Experience with federal proposal processes, delivery and execution
- Proven aptitude for teaching, coaching and mentoring
- Local to the DC metro area and ability to travel to customer sites, as needed, is required

ABOUT OUR TECHNOLOGY DISPUTES TEAM Our expanding domestic and international Technology Disputes practice works on large and complex commercial disputes involving allegations of intellectual property and trade secret theft, failure to create or implement software successfully, AI washing allegations, and IT service outsourcing disputes. These cases provide wide exposure to the technology industry and require the ability to review and comprehend large amounts of information to determine how the evidence may contribute to a theft or failure. We are currently seeking talented technologists to join our growing Technology Disputes team in the role of Senior Associate. RESPONSIBILITIES Exceptional analytical skills, solid critical thinking, detailed project management principles knowledge, remarkable communication skills, and creativity are the foundation for successful Senior Associates at Secretariat. Successful candidates will not only utilize their critical thinking and writing skills but be exposed to the working of complex technology concepts in legal proceedings. - Review and analyze evidence such as emails, contracts, software design documentation, etc - Assist with the preparation of memos and expert reports detailing opinions and findings - Assist with the preparation of rebuttal expert reports evaluating the conclusions of other experts - Communicate with clients and counsel - Prepare testifying experts for hearings, trials, and mediations - Manage the day-to-day requirements of multiple engagements - Review work of junior level staff QUALIFICATIONS - Requisite professional designations and work experience: - Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Pre-Law, Accounting, Computer Science, Journalism or similar, from an accredited university or college - 2-4 years of prior experience in investigations, disputes work, journalism or similar is preferred - Ability to quickly read and digest large amounts of information - Preference for PMP or similar certification - Able to develop creative approaches and solutions necessary to resolve complex problems - Able to quickly assimilate relevant information in unfamiliar situations - Able to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure - Excellent listening, verbal, written, and presentation skills - Proficiency in one or more coding languages such as SQL, C++, C#, Java, Python, HTML, etc. is a plus - Working proficiency in a second non-English language is a plus - The ability to travel as needed - Must be authorized to work in the US without the need for sponsorship in the future At Secretariat, we believe in pay transparency and equity. Role Description J.W. Pepper & Son, Inc. is offering a unique opportunity for college students or recent graduates who are/have majored in computer science-related fields and are also currently engaged in music. - Students will experience hands-on experience with all phases of software development from design to implementation. - Associates will work on projects currently in development or on research, design, and development of R&D related projects. - Encouraged to present their own ideas that would add value to J.W. Pepper’s current business or core customers in K12 music education. - Associates will report to either the Development or Architecture teams at J.W. Pepper. - This position can be done on-site at J.W. Pepper headquarters in Exton, PA, or remotely (must reside in specific states). - Full-time temporary position with core hours between 8:30 am and 5:00 pm Eastern Standard Time. - Paid $28 per hour based on hours worked.
