You will work closely with the Creative Director, marketers, and copywriters to develop, test, and iterate on video concepts, while leveraging cutting-edge AI tools to accelerate production and push the quality bar - especially around photorealistic human characters and lip-sync accuracy. • The core of this role is editing long-form YouTube videos. • You will be editing talking head content with B-roll integration, text overlays, motion graphics, screen recordings, multi-camera setups, and reaction-style edits across multiple client channels. • Your job is to match the client's voice, energy, and audience while keeping the pacing tight enough to hold viewers for 10 to 25 minutes. • The full scope of what you own in post-production includes sound design and mixing, consistent color grading, motion graphics and text animations, and potentially creating YouTube Shorts and Meta video ads. • You will edit a minimum of 12 videos per month, communicating with the founder, account managers, and clients for feedback and revisions.
