Job Summary We are hiring an experienced Webflow Designer with strong expertise in Figma, UX/UI design, and Webflow development. This is a hands-on role where you will design and build conversion-focused websites from scratch, create marketing assets, and develop scalable design systems. This role is ideal for someone who combines creative design thinking with technical Webflow execution, and thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. Key Responsibilities - Design and build fully responsive websites from scratch using Webflow - Create high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, and UI designs in Figma - Develop landing pages, ad creatives, email newsletters, and social media graphics - Build and maintain scalable UX design systems (component libraries, style guides, brand systems) - Collaborate with account managers to understand client goals and deliver projects on time - Implement and maintain Client-First or Relume naming conventions in Webflow - Ensure all designs meet high standards for responsiveness, usability, and conversion performance

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Webflow design and development
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma (wireframing, prototyping, design systems)
  • Strong expertise in Webflow CMS, animations, and responsive design
  • Proven experience building scalable design systems (component libraries, style guides, brand systems)
  • Solid understanding of design fundamentals (typography, layout, spacing, color theory, visual hierarchy)
  • Experience creating digital marketing assets (ads, emails, social graphics)
  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to work U.S. Central Time
  • Nice-to-Haves
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS
  • Advanced Webflow animations and interactions
  • CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) or A/B testing experience
  • Experience working with Home Services or Healthcare brands

Job DetailsLevel: ExperiencedJob Location: WFA - Bentonville, AR 72712Job Category: EngineeringHFA, has an opportunity for an Refrigeration Engineer or Designer to support the development of a growing refrigeration program within the firm. Ideal candidates will have an established technical knowledge in commercial DX refrigeration design (as well as designing low-temp and medium-temp secondary systems), be highly proficient in REVIT, and confident and comfortable meeting face-to-face with clients. HFA can hire an individual to work remotely in the continental US for this position. Knowledge of transcritical CO2 systems is a plus. This position involves: developing construction documentation, technical design, providing design input/feedback to lesser experienced refrigeration designers, coordination with other professional disciplines in-house and out-of-house, and this person must have the ability to work in a collaborative team environment. The tasks you'll perform include but not limited to: Creating design development and construction documents using REVIT. Meet with clients, face-to-face and virtually, to formulate solutions and build relationships, a shared company value. Site visits as needed to obtain design information and/or construction administration. So, some travel is required. Coordinate with other design disciplines, vendors (equipment suppliers), and clients to execute work plans and gain industry knowledge. Analyzing and selecting equipment as required. Troubleshooting and coming up w/ design solutions. More detail below: Job Responsibilities Designer will work with Engineer and/or Design Lead to communicate with client, deliver completed construction documents, and assist in construction administration as required for most project types. Designer should utilize education and experience to independently develop, implement, and draft construction documents for most project and/or project type (or at least major portions), as well as solve medium to difficult design challenges that arise on a project or simple projects. Designer should have a good working knowledge of DX refrigeration system utilizing traditional refrigerants and a basic knowledge of transcritical CO2 systems. Additional refrigeration systems that may be helpful are 2-stage systems, cascade systems, and ammonia systems. Designer should have a basic knowledge of standard control systems used in commercial refrigeration. Designer should be able to apply their knowledge gained through experience and knowledge of recognized national standards to simple projects, with minimal oversight from Engineer or Design Lead. Designer should have a good knowledge of software assisting programs and be able to apply throughout the design process. Designer should have an understanding of energy codes and how it impacts design. Designer should be able to design and draft refrigeration systems, including creating isometric plans for small to medium projects. Job Duties: Designer should be proficient in AutoCAD and/or REVIT. Designer should be able to train new employees on company standards, drafting techniques, and answer most technical design questions on simple projects for refrigeration design, as well as possess a basic understanding of national standards (IMC, IPC, ASHRAE). Designer will have a good understanding of Heatcraft Box Load Calculator and Sporlan Virtual Engineer. Designer will work in a collaborative environment with Architects and other Engineers to develop construction documents based on a clients' requirements, including performing some project management functions, quality control, or other duties as necessary. Designer should be able to provide a high level of quality control on all their projects and possibly others, for final review by the Engineer or Design Lead. Designer will, in some cases, have direct client contact and travel to project as necessary. Designer will be able to work within established budgets. Depending upon supervisor and client needs, Designer will be responsible for financial success of projects also. Designer should be able to select and design refrigeration systems and equipment, controls and provide box and case circuit load calculations with minimal supervision on simple systems. Designer should be able to edit specifications for small to medium size projects.
