• This role is part of the New Ventures team at Wellhub, where our mission is to validate and scale new business models with maximum speed. • As a Lead, you will be the architect responsible for building the "operating system" for these new ventures. • You will use n8n, no-code/low-code tools, and AI to build automated workflows that replace manual tasks, enabling us to scale without the need for traditional software development or large operational headcounts. • Process Orchestration: Design, build, and maintain complex workflows using n8n, Make, or Zapier, connecting various platforms (CRMs, ERPs, Spreadsheets) via APIs and Webhooks. • AI Agent Implementation: Configure and integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) into automated flows to handle operational tasks such as lead triaging, document analysis, and automated customer interactions. • No-code Architecture: Structure simple relational databases in tools like Airtable or Notion to serve as the backbone for automated business processes. • Operational Efficiency: Audit and map manual processes across the venture, replacing them with automated "robots" that ensure consistency and scalability. • Data Connectivity: Ensure seamless data flow between different SaaS tools, using JSON and API calls to sync information across the ecosystem without writing custom backend code. • Live the mission: inspire and empower others by genuinely caring for your own wellbeing and your colleagues. • You'll operate at the crossroads of AI product strategy, (pre) sales and customer success. • Work hand-in-hand with Product Managers and Engineers, and go-to-market (GTM) teams, to define, develop, and launch conversational AI agents that power large volumes of live customer interactions. • The role blends strategic thinking with hands-on agent design, requiring fluency in both business context and technical execution. • Serve as a strategic partner to customers, supporting the evolution, execution, and adoption of concrete AI initiatives. • Convert business requirements into well-designed, high-performing AI agents. • Lead delivery across multiple concurrent complex agentic projects that receive maximum visibility both from customer side as well as from the NiCE perspective. • Bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders throughout the entire development lifecycle. • Shape agent behavior through conversational design, product intuition, and performance data. • Surface data-driven action items and iterations that sharpen both customer outcomes and internal decision-making.
