About the role We’re looking for a highly organised and detail-driven Contract Manager to support a high-end luxury brand account, focusing on the end-to-end management of influencer, talent, KOL, and authority contracts. You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant contract execution - from initial drafting through to invoicing and closure - working closely with our Social and Influencer teams as well as the suppliers. What you’ll do - Draft, review, and manage a high volume of contracts and offers for influencers, talent, and suppliers. - Ensure all contracts are legally compliant and aligned with UK employment and contract law, as well as any relevant international legislation. - Liaise regularly with the Social and Influencer teams to collect all necessary details for accurate contract processing. - Maintain up-to-date records on supplier and talent details, including PO creation and invoice tracking. - Own the contract workflow from initiation to signature and final payment, using tools such as Microsoft Office, DocuSign, and internal trackers. - Monitor contract expiries, renewals, and key milestones, proactively chasing workflow milestone completion and ensuring timely processing. - Act as a point of contact between the EMEA People & Culture team, external suppliers/talent, and internal stakeholders. - Help ensure all activities comply with internal governance, procurement, and People & Culture protocols. About you - Proven experience in contract management, HR operations, legal admin, or a related field. - Strong understanding of UK employment law, contract law, and talent onboarding best practices. - Experience in working with international entities (US and others) - Experience working with influencers, creators, or KOLs is a plus. - Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work with speed and accuracy. - Comfortable drafting and interpreting legal documents and agreements. - Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word), DocuSign, and contract/invoicing systems. - Proactive, deadline-driven, and confident communicating with multiple stakeholders. - A background in HR, Legal, Ops, or Procurement is desirable. - You live & breathe Greenpark's core value of We Strive, Acting Together With Kindness. The anticipated salary rate for this position can range from $51,500 to $77,450 depending on relevant education, experience, and location.
