Key Responsibilities - Provide exceptional customer support in Dutch across multiple channels such as phone, email, and live chat. - Handle inquiries regarding products, services, orders, and general customer issues promptly and professionally. - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve service delivery. - Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer communications in CRM systems. - Collect and report customer feedback to contribute to ongoing service improvements. - Stay updated on company products, policies, and procedures to ensure accurate information is provided.

Job Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch (both spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is an advantage.
  • Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred, ideally within an international or multicultural environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric attitude.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills.
  • Willingness and readiness to relocate to Greece, with a fully covered relocation package.
