Was wir suchen: Einen qualifizierten Account Executive für die DACH-Region zur Verstärkung unseres internationalen Teams. Erfahrung: 5+ Jahre Verfügbarkeit: Vollzeit Tätigkeitsbereich: Account Executive Grundgehalt: 55.000 - 65.000 EUR + großzügige Provisionsstruktur Standort: Remote (kann hybrid sein, wenn du in Wien ansässig bist) Deine Aufgaben: - Eigenverantwortliche Durchführung des gesamten Sales-Zyklus – von der Recherche und Qualifizierung über die Terminvereinbarung (per Telefon, E-Mail und LinkedIn) bis hin zur Durchführung von Demos, Bedarfsanalyse, Verhandlung und Abschluss. - Vorstellung unserer Plattform gegenüber potenziellen Kunden und passgenaue Präsentation des Mehrwerts basierend auf ihren individuellen Bedürfnissen. - Zielgerichtete Ansprache von Entscheidungsträgern in der Finanzbranche, z. B. in Steuerberatung, Wirtschaftsprüfung, Corporate Finance, M&A, PE/VC, Hedgefonds, Family Offices und Banken. - Aktive Mitgestaltung und laufende Optimierung der Vertriebsstrategie für deinen Zielmarkt. - Nach erfolgreicher Einarbeitung (ca. 3–6 Monate): Übernahme der Verantwortung für einen SDR zur Unterstützung bei der Leadgenerierung und Demo-Vereinbarung in deinem Markt.
Job Requirements
- Was du mitbringen solltest:
- Erfolgreiche Erfahrung im Abschluss von Neugeschäft im B2B-SaaS-Umfeld – idealerweise im FinTech-Bereich oder in einem verwandten Sektor.
- Starkes kommerzielles Gespür – du erkennst Chancen, steuerst souverän durch Kaufprozesse und kannst Dringlichkeit erzeugen.
- Sicherer Umgang mit Entscheidungsträgern auf Führungsebene, insbesondere im Finanzsektor, wo Vertrauen und Glaubwürdigkeit entscheidend sind. (Erfahrung im Vertrieb an Steuerberatungen, Wirtschaftsprüfer, Corporate-Finance-Teams oder Banken ist ein großes Plus.)
- Unternehmerische Denkweise – du übernimmst Verantwortung, forderst Feedback ein und setzt dir selbst ambitionierte Ziele.
- Teamgeist – auch wenn du eigenständig arbeitest, schätzt du die enge Zusammenarbeit mit SDRs, Marketing und Customer Success, um gemeinsam erfolgreich zu sein.
- Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch – du passt deine Ansprache je nach Zielgruppe an und überzeugst mit klaren Argumenten.
