Construction Contracts Manager

• Implement and maintain contract tracking processes and policies • Develop external relationships with client contract management counterparts • Provide redlined recommendations and negotiate directly with client attorneys • Maintain contractual records and documentation • Monitor transaction compliance • Oversee Service Level Agreement Compliance • Ensure contract close-out, extension, or renewal • Plan, manage, and coordinate all aspects of the project schedule • Value Engineer the project by identifying opportunities for savings • Communicate with and manage project stakeholders • Prepare Project Management plan and fee budget/proposal • Evaluate documents and communicate the client’s specific goals • Develop and communicate action plans for the project team • Re-evaluate the contract scope of work as the project progresses • Organize and maintain framework for project team processes and record keeping • Drive the permitting process by designing team documents • Ensure the project design management follows the client project documents • Prepare cost and revenue projections

Job Requirements

  • Strong understanding of contracting process and contract issues
  • Ability to analyze and negotiate contract requirements
  • Utilize effective written and oral communication skills
  • Build relationships with peers, leaders, and clients
  • Minimum of five years of experience in contract administration role in a corporate environment
  • Certified Federal Contracts Manager (CFCM), Certified Commercial Contracts Manager (CCCM) and/or Certified Contracts Professional Manager (CCPM) preferred
