CRM Operations Lead

The WFS Group

• Support and drive optimization of HubSpot configuration, workflows, and overall system performance • Audit existing CRM setups and identify opportunities for improvement • Assist in CRM setup, onboarding, and enhancements for new and existing client accounts • Collaborate with the data team to ensure CRM configuration aligns with reporting and data pipelines • Strengthen CRM data integrity, governance, and usage standards across teams • Contribute to documentation (playbooks, SOPs, workflows) to support consistency and scalability • Partner with leadership and RevOps to support forecasting, reporting, and operational initiatives • Provide support and guidance on CRM best practices and system challenges • Support onboarding of new sales hires and accounts to ensure adoption and alignment • Contribute to CRM-related projects and initiatives tied to quarterly goals

Job Requirements

  • You’ve designed, configured, and optimized HubSpot or other CRMs across multiple teams or organizations
  • You enjoy improving and scaling existing CRM systems, not just building from scratch
  • You’ve supported or executed CRM deployments, including integrations with dialers, schedulers, and reporting tools
  • You thrive on refining workflows and contributing to documentation, SOPs, and playbooks that improve adoption
  • You care deeply about data integrity and accurate reporting
  • You’re comfortable auditing CRM setups and identifying gaps in structure, usage, or performance
  • You can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
  • You enjoy collaborating with leadership, RevOps, and data teams
  • You’re passionate about scalability, standardization, and continuous improvement.
