This role will serve as a critical partner in ensuring key initiatives are effectively tracked, prioritized, and delivered, enabling informed decision-making and consistent progress across strategic objectives. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in operational planning, stakeholder coordination, and execution management, along with a proven track record of delivering measurable outcomes in fast-paced, cross-functional environments. Location: Remote (PST and CST preferred time zone) We provide comprehensive medical benefits, a 401(k) plan, paid holidays, and more. Responsibilities: - Lead operational planning and execution support for Product Management leadership, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities. - Track and manage progress against key initiatives, action items, and OKRs to ensure timely delivery. - Analyze execution risks and proactively identify mitigation strategies to maintain project momentum. - Coordinate cross-functional teams to drive accountability, alignment, and clear communication. - Develop and maintain reporting frameworks that provide data-driven visibility into project status and performance. - Facilitate cadence meetings, including agenda development, documentation, and follow-up on key actions. - Support prioritization efforts and streamline workflows to improve overall team efficiency and execution. Internal Responsibilities: - Attend regular internal practice community meetings. - Collaborate with your itD practice team on industry thought leadership. - Complete client case studies and learning material (blogs, media material). - Build out material to contribute to the Digital Transformation practice. - Attend internal itD networking events (in person and virtual). - Work with leadership on career fast-track opportunities. Required Qualifications and Skills: - 5+ years of experience in operations, program management, or Chief of Staff–type roles. - Strong experience with execution tracking, OKRs, and operational reporting. - Proven ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders and drive alignment. - Experience supporting senior leadership with strategic planning and execution. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset. - Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills. Preferred Qualifications and Skills: - Experience supporting Product Management or technology-focused teams. - Familiarity with agile methodologies and execution frameworks. - Experience in security, networking, or enterprise technology environments. - Background in process optimization and operational transformation initiatives. Education: - Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience required.
