• Drive hunting methodology improvements, including maturing existing capabilities, developing new service features, and cross-functional collaboration with product, IR, and data science. • Develop queries, scripts, AI prompts, and dashboards to automate the hunting for and analysis of deterministic behaviors and IOAs. • Build agentic workflows using orchestration frameworks to augment and automate data analysis and reporting tasks. • Leverage analytics and threat intelligence to analyze cloud logs and control plane configurations to identify historical and active threats. • Manage complex client engagements, lead internal teams, and provide regular status updates to clients regarding project status and findings. • Produce high-quality written and verbal reports, presentations, recommendations, and findings to key stakeholders including customer management, regulators, and legal counsel. • Demonstrate industry thought leadership through blog posts, CrowdCasts, and other public speaking events.

• Quality check complex benefit information, including non-standard plan language into crisp, compliant, easy-to-understand plan language for self-funded plans. • Analyzing, drafting, editing, and reviewing all legal and regulatory plan documentation for our self-funded plan customers. • Understanding regulations, laws, and internal procedures impacting self-funded health plans. • Successfully negotiate deadlines and influence change/enhancement to business processes. • Deliver high-quality documentation ensuring department standards are met with a focus on correcting errors in spelling, grammar, and formatting before sending to customers. • May participate in implementation of department projects as needed.

Position Summary: This Utilization Management Nurse Consultant (UMNC) position is a work at home position (fully remote) and the candidate can live in any state. Normal Working Hours: Monday through Friday 8:00am-6:00pm in the time zone of residence. In addition, the team is open to candidates in PST and/or MST time zones to provide increased daily coverage until 6:30pm EST (10:00am-6:30pm EST). There is a weekend rotation per the needs of the department. Minimal travel is expected but could be up to 10% in the event of a clinical audit. As a Utilization Nurse Consultant, you will utilize clinical skills to coordinate, document and communicate all aspects of the utilization/benefit management program. You would be responsible for ensuring the member is receiving the appropriate care at the appropriate time and at the appropriate location, while adhering to federal and state regulated turn-around times. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. • The Technical Consultant creates and delivers customer business requirements within the Oomnitza customer solution • Work with the project team to achieve high client satisfaction and the ability to measure effectiveness of client solution to the Statement of Work • Understand customer needs and be able to design a solution to meet customer requirements • Create customer deliverables and documentation such as workflows, dashboards, role definitions and reports to meet customer requirements and maximize Oomnitza value proposition • Work with Project Manager in proactively managing customer requirements, timelines, expectations and change requests • Provide assistance to and ensure knowledge transfer of solution to identified customer project resources • Consistently use and improve delivery methodology and tools to maximize consulting effectiveness and help ensure accurate estimations • Stay current with the Development roadmap and learn new release offerings and functionality • Ability to articulate company products and solutions to customers as well as Oomnitza’s value proposition • Ensure accurate and timely administration of assigned projects including time/expense tracking and status reporting
