• Execute high-volume, rules-based finance tasks (Accounts Payable, Bank Reconciliation, data entry). • Ensure accuracy (≥98%) and follow established SOPs and workflow playbooks. • Track and report completion, accuracy, and turnaround times. • Identify and escalate anomalies, errors, or exceptions. • Suggest and support process improvements and automation opportunities. • Maintain workflow documentation and support new process rollouts. • Collaborate with a remote, distributed team to meet deadlines and SLAs.
Job Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in operations, shared services, or high-volume data entry
- Comfortable with repetitive tasks
- Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets for data entry and workflow tracking.
- Ability to follow standardized processes (SOPs).
- Experience with workflow documentation and task tracking tools.
- Familiarity with Accounting (Accounts Payable or Bank Reconciliation) is a PLUS!
