The role focuses on leading the consolidation and optimization of EAM processes, ensuring efficient operations, system integration, and configuration across SAP PM and supporting modules like MM and IM. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the design, configuration, and integration of SAP PM/EAM systems, including Asset Suite 9, Passport, Maximo, and other EAM platforms. - Collaborate with technical leads to define infrastructure, integrations, and operational requirements for system consolidation and deployment. - Lead and mentor technical teams, ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to SAP best practices. - Oversee testing, including unit test scripts and UAT documentation when required. - Ensure compliance with SAP PM/EAM standards and operational procedures. Must-Have Skills & Experience: - 5–8 years of experience in SAP PM / EAM technical architecture and operations. - Strong knowledge of SAP MM and IM for integration with PM processes. - Technical skills: Asset Suite (Foundation Architecture, Compose and XML), WebSphere/WebLogic/JBoss, Linux (P3). - Passport skills: COBOL, z/OS, DB2. - Proven experience leading technical teams (minimum 4 years). - Proficient in English is a must. - Availability to work MDT shift. Nice-to-Have Skills: - Experience preparing and maintaining unit test scripts in HPALM, with documentation and screenshots for UAT.
