• Lead the strategic design, architecture, and implementation of enterprise data solutions, ensuring alignment with Myers-Holum's clients' long-term business goals. • Develop and promote the architectural vision for data integration, Business Intelligence (BI), and analytics solutions across a broad range of business functions and applications. • Design and build scalable, high-performance data warehouses and BI solutions for clients, utilizing the Oracle NetSuite Analytics Warehouse (NSAW) platform, NetSuite ERP, Suite Commerce Advanced (SCA) and other cutting-edge cloud-based and on-premise technologies. • Lead cross-functional teams in developing data governance frameworks, data models, and integration architectures that support seamless data flow across disparate systems. • Translate high-level business requirements into enterprise-wide technical specifications, ensuring that data architecture decisions align with broader organizational IT strategies and compliance standards. • Architect end-to-end data pipelines, data integration frameworks, and data governance models to enable seamless flow of structured and unstructured data from multiple sources (cloud and on-premise). • Provide thought leadership in evaluating and recommending emerging technologies, tools, and best practices for data management, integration, and business intelligence. • Oversee the deployment and adoption of key enterprise data initiatives, ensuring scalability, security, and performance. • Engage with C-suite executives and senior stakeholders to communicate architectural solutions, ensuring alignment with enterprise goals and helping drive digital transformation initiatives. • Lead and mentor technical teams, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation in the areas of data management, BI, and integration. • Conduct architectural reviews and provide guidance on best practices for data security, compliance, and performance optimization. • Lead technical workshops, training sessions, and collaborative sessions with clients to ensure successful adoption of data solutions and foster strong relationships. • Contribute to the development of internal frameworks, methodologies, and standards for data architecture, integration, and BI. • Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously evolve the enterprise data architecture.

Job Requirements

  • 10+ years of relevant professional experience in data management, business intelligence, and integration architecture.
  • 6+ years of experience with designing and implementing enterprise data architectures, including data warehousing, integration, and analytics.
  • Extensive experience in leading cross-functional teams to deliver large-scale data solutions across multiple departments.
  • Proven expertise in cloud-based data architectures (AWS, Oracle Cloud, Azure) and hybrid solutions that integrate on-premise and cloud systems.
  • Proficiency in at least one data integration or pipelining tool (e.g., Fivetran, Talend, Glue, Nexla, Informatica) and deep understanding of the full data integration lifecycle.
  • Solid experience with at least one relational database (Oracle, SQLServer, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Snowflake) and its integration into enterprise architectures.
  • Expertise in BI platforms such as Oracle OBIEE, Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), PowerBI, Tableau, or similar tools, with experience architecting enterprise-level BI solutions.
  • Experience with FDI/FAW, ADW Single Sign-On (SSO) integration, including SSO with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and Microsoft Entra (formerly Azure Active Directory).
  • Strong understanding of ERP systems, business processes, and how they integrate into enterprise-wide data solutions, preferably NetSuite ERP.
  • Hands-on experience designing REST APIs, GraphQL APIs, and other integration mechanisms to interface with cloud and on-premise data sources.
  • Experience with implementing data governance, data security, and compliance frameworks in large-scale enterprise environments.
  • Strong business analysis and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in leading enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives and managing the full life cycle of data-driven projects.
