OHI
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. • Ensure adherence to project management best practices and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.). • Serve as the primary point of contact between IT teams and business stakeholders. • Communicate project status, risks, and roadblocks effectively to leadership and stakeholders. • Facilitate meetings, presentations, and project updates. • Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation plans. • Proactively manage project challenges and ensure timely resolution. • Maintain documentation of risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies. • Coordinate and lead cross-functional project teams, including developers, engineers, and business analysts. • Foster collaboration and ensure all team members are aligned with project goals. • Support team development and resolve conflicts as needed. • Track project expenses and ensure cost control measures are in place. • Optimize resource allocation and manage third-party vendors when required. • Ensure project outcomes align with IT and business strategy. • Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and project success. • Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
Job Requirements
- NetSuite Experience required
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- 3-7 years of experience in IT project management.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certifications are a plus.
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, software development, and systems implementation.
- Proficiency in project management tools (JIRA, Trello, MS Project, Asana, etc.).
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Responsible for ensuring that quality samples and data are delivered to support biomarker and non-biomarker evaluation. • Works closely with project managers and lend expertise to clinical trial management. • Provides guidance to clinical teams and sites regarding collection, storage, and shipping of samples. • Works closely with internal Human Sample Management team to ensure all samples are documented, tracked, used, and destroyed.
