Role Description RCS is seeking a Cloud Platform Administrator SME to serve as an embedded Administrator and Subject Matter Expert (SME) in direct support of our client's mission and environment. Compliance & Governance - Compliance check creation, management, and monitoring. - Compliance standard configuration and enforcement aligned to Government/DoD policies. - Compliance findings triage, reporting, and remediation tracking. - Cloud Custodian policy integration and configuration support. - Support for DISA STIGs, FedRAMP, and DoD IL requirements as applicable. Infrastructure-as-Code & Automation - Terraform Provider configuration, management, and troubleshooting. - CloudFormation template support and compatibility resolution (including C2S environments). - Automation scripting and workflow development to reduce manual overhead. - CI/CD pipeline integration support for related infrastructure. Operational Support & Stakeholder Enablement - Execution of the Customer-directed configuration changes and platform tasks. - Platform health monitoring and proactive issue identification. - Coordination with engineering and product teams on escalated issues. - Internal knowledge transfer and documentation for the Customer staff. - Participation in the Customer team meetings, status calls, and leadership briefings as required. - Support for Phase 2 expansion activities and new capability onboarding. Anticipated Pay Range: Duke University provides an annual base salary range for this position as USD $59,829.00 to USD $96,900.00.
