Principal Software Architect – Pre-Sales, Solution Design

CI&T

• Design de Solução e Estratégia Técnica: Arquitetura de Solução, Aceleração via GenAI, Definição de Stack e Ferramental. • Interface de Negócios e Comunicação com o Cliente: Tradução Técnica, Defesa Técnica de Propostas, Discovery e Refinamento. • Viabilidade e Colaboração Técnica: Estimativas de Esforço, Mitigação de Riscos, Mentoria e Multiplicação.

Job Requirements

  • Background Técnico Robusto: Experiência sólida como Software Architect em projetos de grande escala. Domínio de padrões de design, arquitetura de sistemas distribuídos e ecossistemas Cloud (AWS, Azure ou GCP).
  • Expertise em Pré-Vendas: Experiência prévia apoiando times comerciais na construção de propostas, RFPs e defesas técnicas.
  • Visão de New SDLC: Conhecimento profundo sobre como a IA Generativa está transformando o ciclo de vida do software. Experiência prática em utilizar IAs para acelerar desde o design até o deploy.
  • Comunicação Consultiva: Habilidade excepcional de oratória e escrita, com capacidade de influenciar decisões técnicas e de negócio.
  • Análise de Viabilidade: Familiaridade com modelos de precificação de projetos de software (escopo fechado, T&amplt;M), análise de riscos técnicos e requisitos não funcionais.
