Technimove are looking for a Microsoft 365 Consultant to deliver, configure and support M365 solutions across cloud and hybrid environments. You’ll play a key role in migration and transformation projects, working closely with senior consultants and architects to deliver high-quality outcomes for customers. What you’ll be doing: - Deliver Microsoft 365 solutions across cloud and hybrid environments - Execute tenant-to-tenant and AD migrations (Quest ODM) - Configure and deploy Intune and Windows Autopilot - Implement security & compliance controls (MFA, Conditional Access, endpoint security) - Support HLD/LLD design activities - Troubleshoot complex M365, identity, and endpoint issues - Contribute to pre-sales, proposals, and solution design - Ensure delivery aligns with best practice, timelines, and quality standards What we’re looking for: - Strong experience across Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Entra ID) - Proven track record delivering tenant-to-tenant migrations - Hands-on experience with Quest On Demand Migration (ODM) - Solid knowledge of Intune, Autopilot, and endpoint management - Good understanding of M365 security & compliance - Experience working in a project delivery environment - Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Certifications: - Microsoft 365 Enterprise Administrator Expert - Identity & Access OR Endpoint Administrator Associate - Quest ODM certification (or equivalent experience) Desirable: - Azure Administrator / Security / Compliance certifications - Experience with BitTitan MigrationWiz or ShareGate If you're interested please apply now!! What You’ll Do In this role, you will: - Lead Regional Security Operations: Oversee daily security staff and the regional Security Operations Center—including remote Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) monitoring—to ensure effective incident management and alarm response. - Collaborate on Risk and Compliance: Partner with cross-functional teams and field leadership to influence the collection of information required to obtain compliance with industry best practices and internal safety policies. - Drive Process Improvement: Develop Management Reporting and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and provide root-cause analysis that improves existing security processes and documentation.
