You'll be collaborating with the founders and other engineers, and contribute your ideas to our roadmap and software design. Qualifications - Experienced engineers with backend and data engineering skillset. - A solid understanding of the below languages, tools, and frameworks: - Strong knowledge and experience with Python, FastAPI, Postgres, dbt, Dagster, Snowflake. - Experience with system design. - Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. - Self-organized, goal-oriented, self-motivated individual who is confident, thorough, and tenacious. - Ability to effectively operate with flexibility in a fast-paced, constantly evolving team environment. - A great sense of humor and enjoys having fun at work. Requirements - Experience with the problems we're solving (FinOps and cloud infrastructure cost management, data warehouse management, and observability). - Experience working in an early-stage startup environment.

Job Summary: The Healthcare Report Developer partners with clinical, operational, and administrative stakeholders to translate healthcare reporting needs into technical specifications and actionable business intelligence solutions.
