Business Analyst – CLM

• Support enterprise software tool selection and implementation. • Gather business requirements and ensure alignment with stakeholder goals. • Validate vendor requirements for business applications. • Map processes and document requirements accurately. • Conduct UAT and gap analysis for software solutions. • Maintain effective communication with project teams and stakeholders.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, Legal Studies, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst, with direct experience in enterprise software implementation (legal tech/CLM/contract management preferred) and business requirement gathering.
  • Proven experience supporting enterprise software tool selection, RFP/RFI support, and vendor requirement validation for business applications.
  • Strong understanding of contract lifecycle management processes, legal contract basics, and corporate compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques: requirement documentation, process mapping (Visio, Lucidchart), UAT, and gap analysis.
  • Working knowledge of common CLM platforms, CRM systems, ERP systems, and e-signature integration fundamentals.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical jargon into business-friendly language for non-technical stakeholders.
