Position Overview: As an Outsourcing and Logistics Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to efficiently and accurately manage the outsourcing orders in our systems and run with any outbound logistics related issues with carriers in close collaboration with the shipping analyst. Additionally, you will collaborate with the sales team , production teams and multiple outsource partners to ensure a seamless PO to customer delivery cycle . You will contribute to ensuring orders are placed and delivered on time, thereby boosting our customer satisfaction levels. Responsibilities: - Enter and process information into our systems with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy. - Support the sales team for timely placement of orders with multiple outsource partners. - Track and monitor the orders placed with the vendors and be responsible for the end to end cycle until the order is fulfilled and delivered to the customer. - Assist with month end vendor delivery performance tracking and margin discrepancies reporting by collaborating with multiple stakeholders. - Review and verify data for any errors or deficiencies, promptly correcting any issues and ensuring overall accuracy. - Assist with data entry and analysis tasks to expedite the processes, - Deliver outstanding customer service by utilizing excellent business email etiquette. - Apply comprehensive knowledge of our products' capabilities and limitations to ensure accurate and satisfactory orders. - Accountable to gather customer tax ID /information needed to enable smooth submission for customs paperwork. Valuable in improving customer service. - Manage relations with Fedex service and customs agents for seamless delivery operations.
