Canva Specialist (Content Creation + AI Video Designer)

GrowthAssistant's partner client is looking for Canva Specialist (Content Creation + AI Video Designer). This person will help in content creation, editing, and producing AI video and content assets used across organic social media channels. The role is approximately 90% of content creation and content operations. This is not a paid media buying role; the internal lead will manage Meta ads directly. The ideal candidate is a specialist in Canva, short-form content production, and AI-enabled workflows rather than a broad marketing generalist. The Benefits: - 100% Work From Home - Attendance, Performance, and Referral Bonuses - Paid Holidays and Time Offs - Health Insurance - Continuous Learning and Development - Bi-weekly salary payout - Work-Life Balance The Role: - Create high volumes of static and short-form video content for organic social channels - Use Canva as the primary tool for content creation, formatting, and scheduling - Pull clips from recorded sales and customer success calls and turn high-impact moments into usable social content - Use tools like Descript and CapCut to edit video content before final formatting in Canva - Maintain organized workflows for assets, calendars, channels, and content production status - Support high-volume content creation using AI tools to improve speed and efficiency - Track and report on content performance to help identify top-performing assets - Help recreate winning content formats in smaller batches based on performance learnings - Prepare top-performing organic assets for handoff into paid Meta workflows - Support adjacent marketing execution, including light webinar, email, or HubSpot-related support as needed Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in content creation, graphic design, video editing, or a related creative production role - Strong hands-on experience with Canva is required - Experience creating both static assets and short-form video content - Familiarity with Descript, CapCut, and AI tools that support faster creative production - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Comfortable moving quickly and handling repetitive execution work with consistency - Basic comfort with marketing performance data and identifying top-performing content - Strong written communication and dependable follow-through - Comfortable working directly with a senior marketing lead and executing against clear direction - Experience working in Slack and Google Workspace environments - With recent graveyard shift experience and amenable to working full-time on US time zones Nice-to-Haves: - Familiarity with HubSpot - Experience supporting content repurposing from recorded calls, webinars, or long-form content - Experience building lightweight trackers or systems to organize content workflows - Comfort working in async, fast-moving teams that use Loom and screen recordings heavily What Success looks like: - Content is produced at high volume and published on time - Assets are consistently formatted correctly and remain well-organized - Content calendars and workflows are clean, clear, and easy to manage - Reporting is accurate and up to date - Top-performing content is surfaced quickly and reused effectively - The internal lead can stay focused on strategy and paid media while this role keeps execution moving smoothly Application Process: Initial Interview -> Creative Test -> GA Final Interview -> Client Interview/Approval Salary Range: PHP 90K-100K *FOR PH candidates only
