Role Description Vous souhaitez valoriser les politiques publiques de l'État dans les domaines de la prévention des risques dans l'habitat et de l'accessibilité des locaux aux personnes handicapées ? Vous avez le goût de l'innovation et vous souhaitez participer au lancement d'un nouveau dispositif initié par le ministère de l'écologie ? Ce poste est fait pour vous, rejoignez le service Habitat de la Direction Départementale des Territoires de Tarn et Garonne. Vos missions seront de deux types : - Participer à l'expérimentation nationale relative à la prévention des effets du retrait-gonflement des argiles (RGA) sur les maisons individuelles et à la mise en œuvre de ce dispositif financier dans le département de Tarn-et-Garonne. - Contribuer à l'intégration des personnes handicapées en veillant au respect des réglementations liées à l'accessibilité, notamment des établissements recevant du public (ERP). Vos principales missions seront : Dispositif RGA : - Organiser l'accompagnement des particuliers selon les modes d'actions retenus (accueil téléphonique, orientation, ...) en collaboration avec les partenaires. - Instruire les dossiers de demande d'aide déposés via la plateforme Démarches numériques : vérification de l'éligibilité, complétude et conformité réglementaire, préparation et rédaction de l'avis de la DDT. - Préparer les arrêtés attributifs de subvention, leur engagement sur Chorus formulaire et suivre les paiements (avances, acomptes, soldes). - Assurer le suivi administratif et comptable des dossiers de subvention reçus en produisant des tableaux de bord de suivi. - Contribuer au reporting lié à l'expérimentation et aux échanges avec la DREAL et l'administration centrale. Job Description The Bank of New York Mellon seeks Vice President, Model Risk Management II in Los Angeles, CA, to contribute to highly visible enterprise-wide model development function in the organization. Make estimates that are a key input to management decisions and are reported to Senior Management and the Board of Directors on a regular basis. Execute enterprise standards for model validation. Responsible for leading work to identify and evaluate model risk as well as proposed controls to manage that risk. Investigate the weaknesses of a framework and setting the scope and designing tests for a validation effort, appropriate to that framework. May work in one of five disciplines, each responsible for a different type of modeling: 1) Credit Risk Modeling 2) Treasury Modeling 3) Market Risk Modeling 4) Pricing Modeling 5) Forecasting. Execute enterprise standards for model validation, by setting the scope of a validation effort. Design the tests and review activities necessary to evaluate a model. Evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of a model's conceptual framework to identify situations where a model may become less useful. Review risks and formulate the proposed controls into a plan of action for management. Provide technical direction, accuracy and soundness of quantitative methods in the assigned area.
