Manager – Product Engineering

Sourcewell

• Lead the development and implementation of strategy for product engineering • Maintain an established set of enterprise architecture artifacts • Drive advances in technologies to improve digital capabilities • Design and select business-critical storage and data center environments • Develop new applications to meet customer requirements • Guide teams in evaluating and implementing AI-enabled product features • Train or coach team members to improve performance

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, data science, information systems, or equivalent experience
  • Ten (10) years of experience in related roles
  • At least two (2) years of demonstrated experience leading engineering work
  • Experience contributing to system architecture, solution design, API development, or technical roadmaps
  • Proficiency in SQL and technologies such as SQL Server and Azure SQL
  • Experience with modern engineering practices and tools such as Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD pipelines
  • Experience with integrations across enterprise SaaS systems like Salesforce, Workday, and Cvent
  • Experience with one or more modern programming languages such as C#, .NET, JavaScript/TypeScript, or PHP
