Planning Analyst

• Responsible for performing planning activities and developing strategies for the procurement of goods, ensuring compliance with current procurement regulations and optimizing supply processes. • Conduct studies of prior procurement to identify opportunities for improvement. • Gather and validate requirements with requesting departments. • Define the scope and object of procurements. • Analyze market aspects and define purchasing strategies. • Prepare technical reports and opinions on adopted strategies. • Monitor bidding and contracting processes.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Management, International Trade, or related fields.
  • Specialization or postgraduate degree in the area.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in procurement.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, SAP (MM module), Power BI and statistics.
  • Proficiency in procurement/bidding legislation (Law No. 13,303/2016).
