Role Description En binôme avec l'assistante en poste, vous assurez au quotidien le secrétariat du commissaire général au développement durable, de son adjointe et de leur cabinet. - Participer au fonctionnement du cabinet du CGDD, sous l'autorité de la Directrice de cabinet : - Piloter l'agenda du commissaire général et de son adjointe - Participation à la constitution des dossiers, la coordination des processus internes, et la bonne circulation de l'information - Gestion administrative du secrétariat : - Gérer l'agenda et le courrier du commissaire général et de son adjointe - Assurer l'accueil pour le commissaire général ou son adjointe - Assurer la mise en forme de courriers, de notes ou des diaporamas - Enregistrer les notes, les remettre en forme et en assurer le suivi - Assurer le classement du courrier - Gestion des frais de déplacement et de représentation du commissaire général et de son adjointe - Préparation des déplacements du commissaire général et de son adjointe (réservation des transports, hébergement) Il est attendu une priorisation des demandes et une veille pour alerter au bon moment le commissaire général, son adjointe ou la directrice de cabinet. Vous serez amené à assister la directrice de cabinet dans l'organisation d'événements internes, tels que des séminaires et des moments de convivialité. You are expected to understand the broader business objectives behind the work, translate this context for the team, and ensure that engineering efforts clearly align with those objectives. • As part of your delivery ownership, you and the Technical Product Owner will plan for incoming business needs and maintain a house level roadmap that is aligned with product and reflects both near-term priorities and longer-term direction. • You and the Technical Product Owner will balance sprint commitments with customer-facing responsibilities by driving the resolution of incoming support tickets, setting clear expectations for timelines, and prioritizing effectively so that customer needs are addressed while maintaining healthy sprint execution. • Follow a AI-Driven software development lifecycle, having human driving design and assuring quality while having AI running the implementation (engineers own, plan, review and AI executes). • Day-to-day communication and collaboration • Upwards: Communicate clearly and succinctly, giving leadership the right level of context and prioritizing escalations based on well-gathered, relevant information. • Downwards: Empower Senior Engineers to own key areas of the product and coach team members through their daily interactions to stay focused, intentional, and aware of their impact. • Sideways: Collaborate effectively with other Houses, raising challenges and opportunities in a clear, constructive manner to support cross-team alignment, stability, and shared understanding.
