Reporting to the VP, Client Services, you’ll lead and develop a team of Account Managers who are driving client retention and growth across a diverse portfolio of brands and agencies. We’re looking for a proven people leader with a strong background in AdTech, MarTech, or Programmatic advertising; someone who understands the evolving digital ecosystem and how to deliver meaningful client outcomes. As the territory leader, you’ll play a critical role in shaping team culture, representing your territory’s voice across the organization, and helping fuel StackAdapt’s continued growth in the West. This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for someone who thrives on collaboration, as you’ll work directly with the Director of Sales in the territory to strengthen client partnerships, accelerate growth, and shape the future of StackAdapt’s presence in the Pacific Northwest. StackAdapt is a Remote First company although we are looking to hire this person on the West Coast of the United States. What you'll be doing: - Lead and develop a team of Account Managers (AMs), fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture focused on client retention, revenue growth, and strategic partnership - Set clear expectations for success by tracking and evaluating quarterly revenue targets, ensuring consistent performance and accountability across the team - Coach AMs to develop and execute strategic account plans that drive results, providing hands-on support for key and high-potential accounts. - Reinforce a commercial mindset that empowers AMs to own the full client lifecycle, from onboarding through renewal and expansion - Hire, onboard, and develop top talent, ensuring each team member has a clear growth path and is equipped to deliver exceptional client outcomes - Identify and implement opportunities to improve team efficiency through new tools, streamlined processes, or enhanced training and education - Partner with cross-functional leaders to represent the Client Services perspective, sharing insights and driving solutions that improve both client and internal outcomes - Serve as a senior point of contact for major client initiatives, building relationships with senior stakeholders and providing strategic consultation - Provide expert guidance on StackAdapt’s DSP, including campaign setup, performance analysis, optimization, and new opportunities to achieve client KPIs - Lead in-person and virtual client engagements such as presentations, Quarterly Business Reviews, and training sessions - Travel as required to support client and team needs. Job Overview This remote position is responsible for providing MHealth Fairview patients with an understanding of the billing and insurance processing of their healthcare services through the inbound call center. The CSC Representative will counsel patients on financial solutions available to them either through direct payments, payment plans, or screening for qualification for assistance programs. The CSC Representative will manage both hospital and physician accounts in all systems and understand in depth the Registration, Hospital Billing, and Clinic Billing functions that are necessary to resolve accounts. They will also be well-versed in collection practices, understanding of the Attorney General Requirements, and able to liaison with bad debt vendors when needed. They will have detailed knowledge of the functions within the Revenue Cycle and how they interact in the life of a patient account. Responsibilities - Maintains the best practice routine per department guidelines: - Handle calls presented to CSC through the automated call distribution system accurately and efficiently. - Work independently in problem solving with patients regarding their accounts in both hospital and clinic billing situations.
