Implement no/low-code automations using TNC-approved tools (e.g. Power Automate, SharePoint, Workday integrations, Teams, Zoom, or equivalent tools). - Document guidance and produce short demo or training session for NY Cities Team members. What You’ll Bring: - Enrolled in a Graduate program throughout the duration of the internship. - Reside in New York State. - Current enrollment as a graduate student in information systems, public administration, business, computer science, environmental science, sustainability, policy, urban planning, or related field. - Willingness to work remotely and independently (with guidance) 35 hours per week (full-time) as a summer intern. Desired Qualifications - Interest in or a passion to learn about environmental issues, public policy, urban conservation, or related topics. - Strong technical aptitude and comfort learning new digital tools quickly. - Passion for current and evolving trends in relevant technologies. - Ability to communicate (written and verbally) accurately, transparently, and to apply feedback. - Excellent organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail. - Growth mindset, curiosity, and comfort working with ambiguity. Ability to incorporate feedback in a flexible and iterative process - Some familiarity with New York City (government, geography, or policy landscape) is helpful but not required. - Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
