Senior Professional Technical Writer

Summary We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Technical Writer to join our dynamic Technical Writing team.If you are passionate about technology, thrive in a collaborative environment, and have a knack for solving complex problems, this role is perfect for you. This role is strictly involved in the Technical Writing of the product and does not involve access to Protected Health Information (PHI) & Personally Identifiable Information (PII) or any secured/confidential client data. The work is limited to Technical Writing and does not include handling or processing of sensitive health information. What we're looking for Technical Writer skillset requirements: - Familiarity with authoring tools, Madcap Flare, Adobe InDesign, Adobe FrameMaker, Oxygen XML a plus. - Expertise in MS Word - Creating Templates - Formatting - Creating consistent styles across documents - Proficiency in MS Excel - Expertise in SharePoint - File sharing - Collaboration strategies in SharePoint (e.g., check-in/check-out files in SharePoint) - Familiarity in creating, using, and updating style guides. - Ability to collaborate with other technical writers on reviewing deliverables. - 3 – 5 years’ experience in reviewing/editing deliverables.
