As a Team Lead, your primary responsibility will be the accurate, timely, and quality completion of Solar Photovoltaic scopes assigned to the team. This includes site planning, grading, stormwater modeling, erosion control design, hydrology analysis, development of SWPPPs, BMPs, site permitting, and stormwater reports. You will assist in the development of the departments Standard Best Practices (SBPs) and enforcing / implementing them where pertinent. Team Leads will be a mentor and coach to employees on their team and help them individually as professionals.
