Job Description As the Director, Partner Development and Growth, you will support the development and execution of partnership growth initiatives within the insurance and affinity ecosystem. In this highly collaborative role, you will work closely with partners and internal teams to expand distribution, strengthen relationships, and deliver meaningful business outcomes for our Flo and Moen brand of products. You will play an important role in bringing together cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Experience, to deliver thoughtful, customer-focused programs. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is Hiring Pay Range: $105,000 USD - $150,000 USD.
