• Overhauling existing customer communications, including our CRM, email, SMS, and in-app copy • Work closely with our Product, Design, Growth, and Customer Insights team to understand how to build trust and engagement • Taking bigger creative swings to help us stand out online • Own the positioning and messaging for new products and build a team to manage organic GTM launches and our social media presence
Job Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in copywriting, audience development, or product marketing
- Experience operating within a B2C growth-stage startup
- A strong portfolio demonstrating both your writing and creative chops
- Proven track record of native channel success (e.g. Reddit or another dominant social platform)
- Bachelor's Degree

We are currently seeking an Art Director who is responsible for translating approved creative vision into a cohesive and compelling visual language across experiential projects. Working under the direction of a Creative Director or Executive Creative Director, this role focuses on how an experience looks, feels, and comes to life, owning the visual expression while partnering closely with designers to ensure craft, consistency, and quality across all touchpoints. This is a hands-on role centered on visual development and direction, not high-level concept strategy or narrative development.
