Diese Position richtet sich an Menschen, die an der Schnittstelle von Beratung und Engineering aufblühen. Du verantwortest die End-to-End-Lieferung komplexer Kundenlösungen auf Basis der PriceHubble-Plattform — vom ersten Discovery-Workshop bis zum Go-Live. Du arbeitest eng mit Sales, Product, Engineering und Customer Success zusammen, und deine Arbeit prägt direkt, wie DACH-Kunden PriceHubble erleben. Die Rolle teilt sich ungefähr gleich auf in: - Kundenberatung und Solution Design (~50%) - Technische Architektur, Projektleitung und operative Umsetzung (~50%) Du solltest sowohl vor einem Head of Digital einer Großbank überzeugen als auch ein API-Schema reviewen oder einen Webhook konfigurieren können. Dazu bist du regelmäßig in der gesamten DACH-Region unterwegs, um belastbare Kundenbeziehungen aufzubauen. Kundenberatung & Solution Design - Leitung von Discovery-Workshops zur Ermittlung von Kundenanforderungen und Definition des Lösungsumfangs - Übersetzung komplexer Geschäftsanforderungen in strukturierte, technisch fundierte Lösungsdesigns - Entwicklung von Integrationsarchitekturen, die PriceHubble-Services mit Kundenumgebungen verbinden - Definition von Integrationsstrategien über APIs, Automatisierungs-Workflows und hybride Setups - Unterstützung von Pre-Sales-Gesprächen sowie technischem Scoping und Angebotserstellung Technische Architektur & Umsetzung - Design und Implementierung von API-basierten Integrationen (REST APIs, OAuth, Webhooks) - Aufbau und Konfiguration von Automatisierungs-Workflows (z. B. ActivePieces oder ähnliche Tools) - Integration mit CRM-Systemen und externen Plattformen - Strukturierung von Datenflüssen und Immobilien-Dossiers innerhalb der PriceHubble-Plattform - Implementierung von Workflow-Automatisierungen, Engagement-Triggern und KI-gestützten Workflows Projektleitung & Delivery - Verantwortung für den gesamten Lösungslebenszyklus — vom Design bis zur Produktivstellung - Definition von Projektumfang, Meilensteinen und Implementierungs-Roadmaps - Koordination mit internen Teams — Engineering, Product und Data - Sicherstellung von Skalierbarkeit, Wartbarkeit und DSGVO-Konformität aller Lösungen - Übernahme von Tests, Deployment und sauberem Handover an Customer Success
Job Requirements
- Fundierte Erfahrung als Senior Technical Project Manager, Solution Consultant oder Technical Consultant
- Nachgewiesene Erfolgsbilanz bei der End-to-End-Lieferung komplexer SaaS- oder Integrationsprojekte
- Solides Verständnis von API-Integrationen und modernen Systemarchitekturen
- Hands-on-Erfahrung mit Automatisierungsplattformen oder Workflow-Orchestrierungstools
- Natürliche Fähigkeit, Geschäftsanforderungen in klare technische Lösungen zu übersetzen
- Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Erfahrung in der Moderation von Stakeholder-Workshops
- Fließendes Deutsch (C2 minimum) und professionelles Englisch — du kannst Workshops in beiden Sprachen leiten
- Reisebereitschaft innerhalb der DACH-Region
