About the Job We currently have an exciting opportunity for a QA Engineering II to join our Quality Engineering team. This position is based in Houston, Texas but employee may work form any location in the United States, subject to the company's remote work policy. The office location is 6380 Rogerdale Road, Houston, Texas 77072. Duties: Participate in the design and implementation process of new and existing products. Lead Omni channel projects from QA standpoint and provide technical leadership to other QA engineers. Define and implement black-box, white box and automated testing suites for core technologies, products and web-based applications. Design, develop, and maintain test scripts (web/mobile/API). Write and maintain test automation scripts for Omni channel projects. Test data and perform business applications functional system, integration (end-to-end) tests for new and existing applications. Collaborate with DevOps to integrate automation scripts into CI/CD pipelines. Participate in review and approval process of project deliverables. Advise project teams on appropriate approaches to testing delivered products, including test tool sets. Provide guidance to development and project teams on the creation of a master test plan and other testing related deliverables. Assist project teams on identifying the needs for appropriate test environments and coordinate the establishment of appropriate test environments. Oversee processes for identifying, tracking and reporting the results of test procedures. Assist in populating and maintaining regression (Manual/Automation) test suites. Perform regression testing using existing scripts. Find, track and prioritize bugs and work toward their resolution. Define and track quality assurance automation metrics such as automation defect densities, defects age and automation coverage. Participate in the testing of production emergency bug fixes. Perform rotating on-call support duties and periodically participate in afterhours release testing. Participate in release production validation. Min Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or closely related field, 5 years professional experience, including 5 years of experience in Web testing & Mobile Application Testing; 5 years of experience in SDLC and testing methodologies, including Functional testing, E2E integration testing, System testing, Compatibility testing, Regression Testing and usability testing in different mobiles / tablets and web based applications; 5 years of experience in Test Plan Creation, Test Case Creation and Peer Review; 5 years of experience in testing applications in different mobiles / tablets and web browsers; 5 years of experience in various SDLC process like Agile, Incremental and Water Fall Model; 5 years of experience in Software Testing Life Cycle and Defect life Cycle; 5 years of experience in writing test cases based on the Business requirements; 5 years of experience in Functional testing with at least 2 years in e-Comm / retail environment; 5 years of experience in tools like JIRA, QC tools, etc.; 5 years of experience in Managing, analyzing, and maintaining test cases in QA tools; 5 years of experience in Guiding / supporting the team members; 4 years of experience in Database testing using SQL server/ Oracle commands; 4 years of experience in web services, REST integration testing; 4 years of experience in automation testing concepts; 3 years of experience in API testing using Post Man / Rest Assured / SoapUI tools and have worked in agile environment; 3 years of experience in Automation testing tools such as Selenium, Appium, JUnit, TestNG, Cypress, or equivalent; 3 years of experience with using XML, SQL, Java, scripts to automate testing tasks; 3 years of experience in working in an onsite-offshore model; 3 years of experience in CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI etc.; and 2 years of experience in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Employee may work from any location in the United States subject to company remote work policy. 40 hrs/wk; 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Mon-Fri; Salary $121,098 - $131,098 /yr.

THIS IS A REMOTE ROLE Responsibilities and Duties - Track the flow of critical/hot parts through the suppliers manufacturing shop from the raw material phase, through manufacturing, quality, shipping and delivery to the customer. - Proactively work with the supplier to monitor all parts to support On-time deliveries to our aerospace customers - Drive actions to mitigate potential delivery delays by identifying risks, performing root cause analysis and development of recovery plans to bring shipments back in-line with customer requirements - Create daily status reports and communicate actions and plans to all stakeholders with our customers, prime aerospace manufacturers throughout the day - Monitor production operations and identify manufacturing process improvement opportunities - Prepare presentations and lead meetings Qualifications and Skills - Manufacturing Experience – 5-10 years, preferably in Machine Shop/Sheet Metal - Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in supply chain management, production control, procurement, business, quality assurance or related field (preferred qualification) - Experience working on process improvement teams or possess Six Sigma certification (preferred) - Proficient with Microsoft Office Products (2010 Excel basic skills required) - Strong interpersonal communication and problem solving skills - Reliable transportation - must have current/active drivers' license - US Citizenship required - Background check and drug screen will be administered - Valid drivers license and auto insurance required. WORKING CONDITIONS Productivity: Incumbents must perform work in an efficient, effective, and timely manner with minimal direction. Mobility: Incumbents are required to participate in assigned physical activities which may include light lifting and sitting for prolonged periods of time. Vision: Vision sufficient to read printed documents, computer screens, and observe behavior of others. Environment: Typical office conditions, directly working Quality management team, working with the SMS team, and external customers. Other Factors: Typical hours worked are Monday – Friday from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Incumbents may be required to work occasional extended hours and weekend overtime. The employee frequently is required to use hands or finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls. The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk (approximately 1-2 miles a day); sit; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Employee will occasionally drive long distances to and from various suppliers as needed. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to high.
