In this role, you will provide exceptional service to German-speaking customers, addressing their inquiries and issues related to automotive products and services. If you have a passion for customer service and a strong interest in the automotive sector, this opportunity is perfect for you! Key Responsibilities - Provide dedicated customer support to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat. - Assist customers with questions related to automotive products, services, and technical issues. - Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining high service standards. - Document all customer interactions and feedback to facilitate service improvements. - Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. - Stay up-to-date with automotive industry trends and product updates to offer informed advice.

Job Requirements

  • Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is an advantage.
  • Prior experience in customer service, preferably within the automotive industry.
