• Document any escalation and report any unresolved problems to the Call Center Supervisor and, or Field Supervisor • Notifying area managers of any issues that have surfaced due to tech error/dispatcher error or complaint from a facility. • Taking client calls and handling account issues when applicable. • Continuously observes queue activity to ensure all available agents are signed in and ready to take a call. • Assists in conducting monitoring, coaching and development sessions providing both positive and constructive feedback. • Monitors agents and provide training when appropriate. • Monitors the CarrolltonSupervisorDesk email account. • Sends updated Attendance notifications to the leadership team. • Monitors the On-Call Supervisor phone as needed. • Maintains discipline and order in the work environment. • Solicits other departments for assistance with incoming calls when volume or hold times are high.
Home Infusion / IVIG RN - Rapidly Expanding Market Fully remote and autonomous position providing infusions in the home setting for patients in the Syracuse, NY area. As a Home Infusion IVIG Registered Nurse (RN) you will work outside the walls of a hospital setting in a growing specialized area of the nursing field. If you are spending 12 hours on your feet or rushing from patient to patient with no time to provide quality patient care, this would be the perfect opportunity to change your work environment. As a Home Infusion RN you will… • Provide immune globulin infusion therapies in our patients' homes • Make a difference by using your clinical IV experience and personal touch to assist our patients in the comfort of their own home. • Provide one-on-one home infusion nursing care visits and patient education in accordance with the physician's plan of treatment. • Additional licensure may be required in multi-state service areas • Have excellent written and verbal customer service skills in order to interact with the patient, physician, pharmacist and other partners. • Challenge your clinical nursing (RN) skills by receiving continuous training on leading edge technology and clinical requirements in specialty infusion. Certification and recertification expenses can be reimbursed for eligible RNs such as Immune Globulin Certified Nurse (IgCN)! • Data clean-up: Reviewing Salesforce data and enriching records with updated data • Analysis: Building analytical models and deriving key insights from the data • Specific projects may include: analytics of site technology renewals, Account record analysis and clean-up, territory analysis, and pipeline analysis • This role will work closely with the Segment Operations team and may work directly with Client Executives and Commercial Leadership
