Role Description We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to join our team in managing payroll operations. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring that all employees are compensated accurately and on time. - Process payroll for employees on a bi-weekly basis. - Ensure compliance with federal and state payroll regulations. - Maintain accurate payroll records and employee data. - Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll and benefits. - Collaborate with the HR team to manage payroll related queries. Qualifications - Proven experience in payroll processing or a related field. - Strong knowledge of payroll software and MS Excel. - Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Requirements - Experience with HRIS systems. - Knowledge of accounting principles. - Certification in payroll management.
