Ook binnen onze bedrijfsvoering werken we continu aan verbetering. Goede stuurinformatie, betrouwbare zorgregistratie en efficiënte processen zijn essentieel om wachttijden te verkorten en zorg toegankelijk te houden. Daarom zoeken wij versterking binnen het team Bedrijfsvoering. Ook al werken we op verschillende locaties of zelfs in verschillende landen, we delen samen één missie: de geestelijke gezondheidszorg verbeteren en de lange wachtlijsten aanpakken. Wat ga je doen? Als Stafmedewerker Bedrijfsvoering ondersteun je de Manager Bedrijfsvoering bij het verbeteren en uitvoeren van processen binnen de organisatie. Je werkt op het snijvlak van zorgregistratie, EPD-processen, managementinformatie en procesoptimalisatie en bent een belangrijke schakel tussen zorgteams, administratie, ICT en management. In deze rol zorg je ervoor dat stuurinformatie beschikbaar en bruikbaar is voor de organisatie. Je signaleert knelpunten in registratie en werkprocessen en helpt mee om verbeteringen daadwerkelijk door te voeren in de praktijk. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met behandelaren en teamleiders en ondersteun je bij vragen rondom registratie, productie, wachttijden en behandelcapaciteit. Je draagt bij aan het optimaliseren van EPD-processen en ondersteunt bij het verder professionaliseren van de zorgregistratie. Ook lever je een actieve bijdrage aan managementinformatie en rapportages die nodig zijn voor sturing binnen de organisatie. Waar nodig help je bij analyses binnen planning & control en denk je mee over verbeteringen in de bedrijfsvoering. Binnen deze functie verwachten we dat je snel zelfstandig kunt meedraaien en initiatief neemt in het signaleren en oplossen van knelpunten. De rol heeft een duidelijk uitvoerend karakter, met ruimte om mee te denken over hoe processen slimmer en efficiënter ingericht kunnen worden. Je werkt volledig online samen met collega’s uit verschillende disciplines en levert vanuit jouw rol een directe bijdrage aan het verbeteren van de organisatie en het toegankelijk houden van specialistische GGZ-zorg. Wie ben jij? Jij bent een betrokken en analytisch sterke professional met interesse in zorgprocessen en bedrijfsvoering binnen de GGZ. Je hebt ervaring binnen een zorgorganisatie, bij voorkeur binnen de GGZ. Je hebt kennis van zorgregistratie en EPD-processen. Je hebt gevoel voor cijfers, processen en managementinformatie. Je werkt zelfstandig en neemt initiatief. Je communiceert gemakkelijk met verschillende disciplines binnen de organisatie. Je bent digitaal vaardig en kunt snel werken met nieuwe systemen.
