This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, independent work environment and can manage multiple responsibilities with minimal supervision. Key Responsibilities 1. Marketing & Social Media Management - Build on an existing content library (emails + post ideas provided) - Schedule and publish content across platforms - Engage with followers, comments, and messages - Repurpose raw video content (educational + adjustment videos) - Cross-post using automation tools Platforms Managed: - Instagram - Facebook - TikTok - YouTube - LinkedIn - Google Business Profile 2. Phone Handling & Appointment Scheduling - Answer inbound calls professionally - Schedule patient appointments - Manage follow-ups during busy patient hours - Handle increased call volume as marketing efforts grow Note: No sales or outbound calling required (all calls are administrative) 3. EHR Clinical Note Input - Input clinical notes into an EHR system (from handwritten notes) - Review notes for accuracy and completeness - Prepare documentation for provider signature Additional Responsibilities - Long-form video editing (Riverside platform preferred) - Create short-form video clips for social media - Superbill generation for insurance reimbursement - General administrative support as needed
