This position formulates/defines system scope and objectives, and devises and modifies procedures to solve complex problems considering computer equipment capacity and limitations, operating time and form of desired results. The Analyst tests, debugs and documents program solutions, as well as provides on-going troubleshooting for application issues. This position participates in system optimization and new installs, and assists with needs assessments and impacts analysis. EXPERIENCE DEVELOPING WITH UIPATH RPA TOOLS PREFERRED WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT - Support the technical architecture, data movement, and file transfer tools for Franciscan Alliance applications. - Document application build and standards. - Monitor application server health. - Maintain the system tables, profiles and other application parameters to ensure Franciscan Alliance applications function according to customers’ specifications. - Provide on-call support, including after-hours support, for team and customers following the Information Services support model. - Participate in the implementation and builds of Franciscan Alliance applications. - Support Franciscan Alliance applications systems by troubleshooting and repairing customer-reported problems. - Work with assigned, on-premise vendors and Application Business Analysts in implementing, upgrading, supporting and troubleshooting applications. - Provide data extracts to Business Partners. - Follow organizational practices for incident, change and requests management.
