Role description: in the Project Manager role, you will be responsible for planning, overseeing, and managing projects from inception to completion. This role requires interaction with various internal and external stakeholders, most often managing multiple short-term and long-term projects simultaneously. Key responsibilities: - Track and communicate team utilization, velocity, and sprint/release progress​ - Update agile tracking systems to provide transparency to team and program backlogs​ - Assist team in making appropriate commitments through transparency of their capacity and past performance (velocity) and through requests prioritization, definition, and task breakdown​ - Manage customer project delivery​ - Manage margin cost inside the team​ - Manage the overall risk - analyze & report/escalate problems or delays in meeting commitments to leadership​ - Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the stated deliverables through the use of structured project management processes​ - Constantly monitor and report on the progress of the project to all stakeholders, Identifying needs that can be successfully addressed by projects - Establish the Project Plan (define the goal of the project, identify the scope, identify the steps, identify the dependencies, define the time frames, define the deliverables, list out the features, and create a timeline) - Execute the Project Plan - Monitor the Project (delivery control/budget/quality), manage risks - Manage the Project Team (including cross-team and cross-unit colleagues) - Contract drafting, negotiation, and administration in general Required skills and knowledge: - 2+ years of relevant experience in the Project Manager position - Understanding of project management methods, practices, and tools (Excel, Jira, Miro, or other similar tools) - Understanding and application of project management ideas, concepts, and best practices - Understanding and evaluating the Project (Scope, Cost, Risks) - The ability to communicate effectively and professionally both verbally and in writing without assistance - Ability to work with people at all levels of an organization to complete projects - The ability to manage multiple tasks and projects while being organized and efficient - The ability to operate well under pressure in a fast-paced, deadline-driven atmosphere - The ability to manage sensitive information - The ability to collaborate as part of a team - Ability to work overtime if needed - Ability to operate independently while assisting others - Analytical, prioritization, and problem-solving skills without assistance; conflict-solving with assistance - Upper-Intermediate/Fluent level of English What we provide: We know our team members are key to achieving our goals, so we value and empower them to share their vision.
